Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new personalized cell therapy called CRC01 for people with severe lupus nephritis, a serious kidney complication of lupus. The therapy involves modifying a patient's own immune cells (CAR-T cells) to target and potentially reset the faulty immune system. The main goals are to see if it's safe, find the right dose, and check if it can improve kidney function in patients who haven't gotten better with other treatments.
