Engineered immune cells take aim at Hard-to-Treat lupus

NCT ID NCT06897930

Summary

This study is testing a new cell therapy called AZD0120 for adults with severe systemic lupus that hasn't responded well to other treatments. The therapy involves modifying a patient's own immune cells to target and remove harmful cells that drive lupus. The first part of the study checks for safety, and the second part looks at how well it works to control the disease.
