Scientists test 'Living Drug' to fight incurable blood cancer
NCT ID NCT07458659
Summary
This is an early safety study for a new cell therapy in Thailand. It tests a treatment where a patient's own immune cells are collected, genetically reprogrammed in a lab to hunt cancer, and then infused back. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can control multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments.
