Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of treatment called universal CAR-T cell therapy in adults with moderate to severe lupus that hasn't responded well to other drugs. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body reacts to the treatment. Researchers will also check if the therapy helps reduce lupus disease activity and symptoms over a year.
