Summary

This study is testing a new treatment called AZD5851, a type of CAR-T cell therapy, for adults with advanced or returning liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that has a specific marker called GPC3. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors. It is for people whose cancer has continued to grow despite trying at least one standard treatment.
