Scientists test re-engineered immune cells to fight stomach cancer
NCT ID NCT07179484
Summary
This trial is testing a personalized cell therapy called CT041 for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. After completing standard first-line treatment, participants will have their own immune cells collected, genetically modified to target their cancer, and reinfused. The main goals are to see if this approach can delay cancer progression and to understand how the modified cells behave in the body.
