Summary
This study tests a new treatment called obe-cel for children whose B-cell leukemia or lymphoma has come back or not responded to standard therapy. Obe-cel uses the child's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The goal is to see if this therapy is safe and can help control the disease.
