First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to recognize and attack neuroblastoma cells, are safe and tolerable. Up to 65 children and young adults with recurrent or treatment-resistant neuroblastoma will receive these engineered T-cells. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose and monitor side effects.
