Summary
This study is testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy for people with multiple myeloma who also have kidney problems. The therapy uses the patient's own modified immune cells to target the cancer. Researchers want to see if this treatment can help control the myeloma and improve kidney function after initial chemotherapy.
