Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new type of immunotherapy for people with certain blood cancers (like lymphoma and leukemia) that have returned or not responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells that carry two specific markers (CD19 and CD20). The study aims to find the safest dose and understand side effects, while also checking if the treatment can shrink tumors or put the cancer into remission.
