Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called MC-1-50 for adults with severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and destroy faulty immune cells that drive lupus. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also watching for signs of disease improvement.
