Summary
This study tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy for people with B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target cancer cells. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it is safe and effective. About 30 people will take part.
