First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a new approach for children and young adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that has come back or not responded to treatment. Participants receive two different types of their own modified immune cells (CAR T cells) designed to target two proteins on cancer cells: CD19 and CD22. The goal is to see if using both together is safe and works better than one alone, especially for those who have already tried other cell therapies.
