Summary
This study is testing a new type of cell therapy for people with severe lupus or scleroderma that hasn't responded to standard treatments. Doctors are giving patients a single infusion of specially engineered immune cells designed to target and reduce harmful B cells. The main goals are to see if this treatment is safe and if it can help control these difficult autoimmune conditions.
