Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new type of CAR T cell therapy for people with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to better target and kill cancer cells by releasing a protein called IL-18. The main goal is to check the safety of this approach in 18 adults.
