Experimental cell therapy targets Tough-to-Treat leukemia in adults
NCT ID NCT07252336
Summary
This study is testing an experimental cell therapy called CD19 CAR-T for adults newly diagnosed with a specific, aggressive type of leukemia (Philadelphia chromosome-positive ALL). The therapy involves collecting and genetically modifying a patient's own immune cells to better find and attack leukemia cells. Researchers aim to see if this one-time treatment is effective and safe for controlling the disease in about 50 participants.
