Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of cell therapy for people with advanced clear cell kidney cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors will give participants specially engineered immune cells designed to find and attack their cancer. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if this approach can help control the disease.
