Experimental cell therapy targets rare autoimmune disorder
NCT ID NCT07298590
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new cell therapy called KN5601 for people with IgG4-related disease that has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. Researchers will give 18 participants specially modified immune cells (CAR-NK cells) designed to target the disease. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and to see if it can put the disease into remission without needing ongoing steroid medications.
