Supercharged immune cells take aim at tough blood cancers

NCT ID NCT05110742

Summary

This study is testing a new cell therapy for adults with certain blood cancers that have returned or not responded to standard treatments. Doctors will give patients specially engineered immune cells (called CAR-NK cells) made from donated cord blood, along with a short course of chemotherapy. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and see if this approach can help control these difficult cancers.
