Engineered immune cells take on Hard-to-Treat colorectal cancer

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment made from donor immune cells (CAR-NK cells) designed to find and attack colorectal cancer cells. About 48 adults with advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments will receive these cells. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the therapy can shrink tumors.
