Summary
This study is testing an experimental cell therapy called NKX019 for people with autoimmune diseases like systemic sclerosis, myositis, and vasculitis. Researchers will give participants specially engineered immune cells designed to target and remove certain immune cells that may be causing the disease. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to find the right dose, while also checking if it helps improve lung function and other disease symptoms.
