Summary

This early-phase study tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-ITNK cells) designed to attack two specific targets on leukemia cells. It is for adults aged 18 to 75 with acute myeloid leukemia that has returned or not responded to standard treatment. Participants receive a single infusion and are followed for three years to check safety and how well the cancer responds.
