Summary
This study looks at whether cancer drugs that target specific gene changes in a tumor can help people with advanced cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. About 720 adults with solid tumors, multiple myeloma, or certain lymphomas will receive a drug matched to their cancer's genetic profile. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear.
