Swallow this camera instead of a tube: new test for seniors after stomach surgery
NCT ID NCT06029608
Summary
This study is testing a new, painless way to check the stomachs of older adults and people with other health problems after stomach cancer surgery. Instead of the usual uncomfortable tube (endoscopy), patients swallow a tiny, magnet-guided camera pill. Researchers want to see if this capsule camera is as effective and safe for finding problems and is more comfortable for these patients.
