First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether a health coaching program plus a Fitbit could help employees with long-term knee pain become more physically active. 39 participants were split into two groups: one received coaching focused on making action plans for activity, the other received general health education. The main goal was to see if more people in the coaching group reached 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous activity per week.
