Summary
This study is testing whether a cannabis extract containing CBD and THC can help manage the symptoms of fibromyalgia. It will involve 36 women with fibromyalgia who will take the extract for six months to see if it reduces their pain, improves sleep, and enhances their quality of life. The goal is to find a potential alternative treatment with fewer side effects than current options.
