First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at how a moderate dose of THC (the active part of cannabis) affects mood, stress, and thinking in people who use cannabis at least once a week. Ninety adults will take part in two sessions where they vape either real cannabis or a placebo, then complete memory and attention tests, and a stress challenge. The goal is to understand how cannabis impacts daily mental functions in regular users.
