First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 38 times
Summary
This study looked at whether people with HIV who regularly use cannabis can stop for 28 days and if that break improves their mood, pain, sleep, and HIV control. Twenty-five participants were given money rewards for staying cannabis-free, confirmed by urine tests. The goal was to see if this approach is possible and what health changes occur.
