Summary

This study aims to understand if daily treatment with THC, CBD, or a combination can help reduce pain and other symptoms in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will enroll 200 participants to test how these compounds affect brain activity and inflammation over a 16-week treatment period. The goal is to see which compound, if any, provides better pain relief for this common joint condition.
