Summary
This study tested a program called CancerPEP, which sends daily emails for 6 months with tips on exercise, yoga, stress reduction, and healthy eating. The goal was to see if it's practical and helpful for improving quality of life in cancer patients and survivors. 104 adults with a history of cancer took part, and researchers measured how many people joined, stayed, and followed the program.
