First seen Mar 05, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at how chemotherapy for Hodgkin lymphoma may change sperm DNA and affect fertility in men aged 18 to 45. Researchers will analyze sperm samples before and after treatment to understand long-term effects on the epigenome. The goal is to learn whether these changes could impact the health of children fathered by survivors. No new treatments are tested; this is an observational study to gather knowledge.
