Summary
This study is testing a new risk calculator designed to make cancer treatment safer for people aged 65 and older. It will guide doctors on whether to start with a lower, gentler dose of medication for patients at high risk of severe side effects. The goal is to reduce dangerous reactions, emergency visits, and hospital stays while still effectively treating the cancer.
