Summary
This study is creating and testing a new questionnaire system to better understand the symptoms cancer patients experience and how those symptoms impact their daily lives and quality of life. Researchers will enroll thousands of patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to complete surveys and interviews. The goal is to develop a more accurate way to track symptoms over time, which could help doctors provide better care.
