Scientists search for hidden health clues in cancer Survivors' blood
NCT ID NCT07114614
Summary
This study aims to understand why cancer survivors face higher risks for conditions like diabetes and heart disease later in life. Researchers will compare blood levels of specific proteins and aging markers between 120 cancer survivors and people who never had cancer. The goal is to find biological clues that could one day help identify which survivors are most at risk and guide future protective treatments.
