Summary

This observational study will enroll 100,000 adults aged 35 and older to build a registry and biorepository. Researchers will collect health records, questionnaires, and blood, saliva, and stool samples over five years, with five more years of follow-up. The goal is to identify barriers to early cancer detection and understand health disparities, especially in underserved populations.
