Summary
This study is building a large registry and sample bank to understand why some groups face more barriers to cancer screening and early detection. Researchers will follow 100,000 adults aged 35 and older for up to 10 years, collecting health records, questionnaires, and blood, saliva, and stool samples. The goal is to identify disparities and improve cancer care for underserved populations.
