Summary
This observational study will enroll 100,000 adults aged 35 and older to build a registry and biorepository focused on cancer health disparities. Participants will provide health information, complete questionnaires, and donate blood, saliva, and stool samples over five years, with an additional five-year follow-up. The goal is to identify barriers to early cancer detection and support future research in communities at higher risk.
