Can a class on cancer screening change health habits?
NCT ID NCT07253792
Summary
This study tested whether providing cancer screening education to university staff would increase their knowledge about cancer screening and encourage them to use their local family health centers more often. Researchers gave a four-week training course to one group of 71 university employees and compared their knowledge and health center visits to a group that did not receive the training. The goal was to see if better education leads to more people getting recommended preventive health checks.
