Education may boost cancer screening in blind women

Summary

This study tests whether a special training program can help women with visual impairments learn about breast and cervical cancer and get screened. About 74 women over age 40 will take part. They will receive education on cancer risks and how to book a screening, and their knowledge and screening rates will be checked before, right after, and three months later.
