Summary
This study is testing a questionnaire for families to fill out, called QUOCCAS, to see if it can accurately identify children with cancer who might have an inherited risk for the disease. It will compare the questionnaire's results to standard doctor assessments and genetic testing. The study also checks if giving families an educational brochure before their clinic visit helps them understand genetics better and feel more satisfied with their care.
