Can Pre-Treatment training help cancer patients recover faster?

Summary
This study is testing whether a special pre-treatment program helps cancer patients feel better physically and emotionally. The program includes guided exercise and psychological support before patients undergo surgery or radiation. Researchers will compare 125 patients who receive this program to those who get standard care to see if it improves walking ability, strength, mood, and quality of life.
