Can daily emails boost wellness for cancer patients?

NCT ID NCT05508412

Summary

This study tested whether a 6-month email-based wellness program could improve quality of life for people with cancer. Over 100 participants received daily emails encouraging exercise, healthy eating, yoga, and stress reduction. Researchers compared giving stress-reduction tools immediately versus after a delay to see if the program was practical and helpful.
