Scientists track radioactive tracer in first human test for cancer imaging

NCT ID NCT06463782

Summary

This early-stage study tested a new radioactive tracer called 68Ga-LNC1007, which is used for PET scans to detect cancer. It involved 8 total participants, including both healthy adults and people with solid tumors, to see if the injection was safe and to measure how it traveled through and left the body. The main goal was to gather initial safety data and understand how the tracer behaves, not to treat the cancer itself.
