Scientists test 'Glowing' tracer to see inside tumors
NCT ID NCT05259709
Summary
This study is testing a new imaging agent, 89Zr-DFO-REGN5054, to see if it can safely create pictures of certain immune cells inside tumors. It involves up to 50 adults with advanced solid cancers who are also receiving the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab. The main goal is to check the safety of the imaging agent and see if the pictures it creates can help doctors understand how the immune system is fighting the cancer.
