New study aims to tackle hidden struggles of childhood cancer families

Summary

This study works with families of children with cancer to design a program called CERCA. The goal is to identify and address non-medical needs like housing, food, or transportation. Researchers will interview caregivers and clinic staff to understand current challenges and build better community partnerships. About 60 caregivers and healthcare workers will take part.
