Scientists test new drug cocktails in fight against tough cancers

Summary
This study is testing two different drug combinations to see how they affect advanced cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It will enroll about 90 people with specific types of advanced colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, or a soft tissue sarcoma. The main goal is to learn how the treatments change biological markers in the body, while also checking if they help control the cancer.
