Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how the body absorbs, breaks down, and eliminates an experimental cancer drug called subasumstat in adults with advanced solid tumors. Participants received a single dose containing a tiny, safe amount of radioactive tracer to track the drug's path, followed by optional longer-term treatment. The study was terminated early after enrolling only 3 of a planned 10 participants.
