Summary

This study aims to build a large database and sample collection to research why some groups face more barriers to cancer screening and early detection. It will enroll 100,000 adults, focusing on underserved communities, to collect health information and biological samples over ten years. The goal is to gather information that can help develop better, fairer ways to detect cancer early for everyone.
