Summary
This study tested whether a new support program could better help the family and friends caring for cancer patients. It involved 150 caregivers and checked if screening them for stress and connecting them to helpful resources reduced their unmet needs over three months. The goal was to see if this approach improved caregiver well-being compared to usual care.
