Summary
This study is testing an educational coaching program called A-PACT. It aims to help over 1,000 adults with solid cancers have better conversations with their doctors about their care goals and end-of-life wishes. The main goal is to see if this support leads to fewer unplanned hospital visits and less anxiety or depression for patients.
