Scientists hunt for clues to make cancer drugs work better
NCT ID NCT06651593
Summary
This study aims to find biological markers (biomarkers) that may help predict how well a new drug combination works for people with advanced solid tumors. Researchers will test the drugs SAR444881 and cemiplimab in 40 participants and collect tissue and blood samples to look for clues about how the treatment works and who responds best. The main goal is to gather knowledge to guide future treatment decisions, not to directly test if the combination cures cancer.
